Our Services
Home Communion
For members of our community who cannot attend Mass due to illness, age, or limited mobility, Holy Communion can be brought to them at home.
Through our Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, we lovingly visit those who are spiritually longing to receive the Eucharist but are unable to come to church.
If you know someone who would like to receive Holy Communion at home, please contact us. Our ministers will be honored to visit and bring the comfort and grace of Christ to them.
Prayers and Visits for the Sick
We also offer prayer visits for those who are sick or homebound, whether at home, in hospitals, or in nursing facilities.
Our faithful volunteers bring prayer, comfort, and companionship to those going through illness or recovery.
If you or someone you know would benefit from a visit and shared prayer, please let us know. We would be honored to pray with and for them.
Request a Visit
If you would like to request Communion or a prayer visit, please contact the parish office or complete our contact form, and a member of our ministry team will reach out.
Our Groups
The Haitian Catholic Mission is blessed with several active groups that help nurture faith, prayer, and community life. Through these ministries, members of all ages find opportunities to grow spiritually and serve one another.
Charismatic Group Coeur de Marie
The Charismatic Group Coeur de Marie has faithfully served the community for more than 40 years. Through prayer gatherings, praise, and spiritual support, the group continues to strengthen the faith and unity of our community.
Rosary Group
Our Rosary Group leads the faithful in praying the Rosary before Mass, helping prepare hearts and minds to enter fully into the celebration of the Eucharist.
Youth Ministry (Coming Soon)
We are currently working to establish a Youth Group to help our young people grow in faith, friendship, and leadership within the community. Stay tuned as this ministry develops.
GPMM de Chicago
GPMM de Chicago, part of the Fondation Fanmi Pitit Manman Mari, also serves within our community through faith-based and charitable initiatives.
Group Esprit d’Amour
Serving the faithful on the North Side of Chicago for many years, the Group Esprit d’Amour supports the community through prayer gatherings, spiritual encouragement, and moments of fellowship. Their ministry helps bring comfort, faith, and unity to many families and continues to be a beautiful presence of prayer and service.
